SL-Hub.com aims to provide a clear and usable digital experience across common devices, input methods and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing operating responsibility, not a one-time claim of perfect compliance.
1. Target standard
SL-Hub.com adopts WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its design and testing target for new and materially changed public pages. This is an operational target, not an unsupported declaration that every page is already fully conformant.
2. Current accessibility approach
The site is designed to use semantic headings, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus treatment, responsive reflow, readable contrast choices, labelled form controls and reduced-motion support. We review these patterns as pages, forms, legal routes and future AI interfaces evolve.
3. Review method and cadence
Before a material public release and at least every six months, the operating target is a combined automated and manual check of keyboard access, focus, headings, contrast, non-text alternatives, form errors, mobile reflow, reduced motion and key user paths. Known limitations should be recorded and prioritised rather than hidden.
4. Feedback and alternative access
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@sl-hub.com with the page URL, device, browser or assistive technology and a concise description. Our operating target is to acknowledge a report within five working days and provide a remedy or accessible alternative route within 20 working days, unless a documented technical or legal constraint requires a different timeline.
5. Third-party and future features
An embedded video, map, CAPTCHA, chat or third-party form can create an accessibility dependency outside our direct control. Before we activate a material third-party or AI feature, we will assess its accessibility impact and, where needed, provide an alternative human route.
