SL-Hub.com uses a deliberately limited browser-storage model. Essential storage records your privacy choice. Optional audience measurement remains technically blocked until you actively allow it through the consent centre.
1. Current necessary storage
The website currently uses the local-storage key `slhub-cookie-consent`. It records whether optional audience measurement is allowed, the consent version and the date/time of the choice. Provider: SL Enterprises EOOD. Purpose: remember your privacy preference and avoid repeatedly showing the same decision. Retention: until you change the choice or clear browser storage.
2. Optional audience measurement
When you opt in, the website loads a script from our self-hosted Umami analytics at `analytics.sl-hub.com`, operated by SL Enterprises EOOD on Railway infrastructure in the EU (Netherlands, region europe-west4). The script is not injected before optional consent is recorded and is not used by this site for advertising audiences or cross-site profiling. Umami is cookieless: it sets no analytics cookies, does not track visitors across sites, does not store IP addresses and produces aggregated statistics only. The current operating target is a maximum 12-month measurement-retention period, subject to release-level configuration confirmation. If the implementation, host, storage location, transfer safeguard, retention period or event scope changes, this inventory will be updated and optional consent will be requested again before activation.
3. Categories that are not active by default
Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, remarketing tools, embedded-video analytics, social pixels and comparable advertising technologies are not approved as default website technologies. If a campaign requires one, it must first be reviewed, added to this policy with provider and retention details, placed in the correct consent category and technically blocked until the relevant consent is obtained.
4. Managing and withdrawing a choice
You can choose essential-only use, allow optional audience measurement, or reopen the consent centre through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Changing the choice affects future loading of optional measurement. You can also clear browser storage through your browser controls. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the website from remembering your preference.
5. Inventory governance
This policy is a versioned inventory, not a one-time banner. Before a tag, pixel, embedded service, chatbot, CAPTCHA, map, video player or social integration is activated, the website owner must identify its provider, purpose, data categories, country, retention period, transfer safeguards and consent category. The technical implementation must match the public description.
