SL Enterprises EOOD supports responsible, human-accountable use of AI. This notice explains the current policy for AI-assisted website content and the conditions that must be met before a visitor-facing AI assistant becomes active.
1. Current status
As of this version, SL-Hub.com may use AI-assisted editorial tools to help prepare website content, translations, visuals or internal drafts. Public material remains subject to human review and editorial responsibility. A direct visitor-facing AI assistant is planned but is not represented by this notice as active until the live interface and controls have passed release review.
2. Permitted visitor-assistant role
If activated, the assistant may provide general information about SL-Hub.com services, navigation, public content and a route to a human contact. It will not be presented as legal, tax, financial, investment, employment, medical or other regulated professional advice. A clear in-context notice will identify that the visitor is interacting with an AI system.
3. Data and confidentiality boundary
Visitors must not enter sensitive personal data, credentials, payment data, confidential business information or third-party personal data into a future public AI assistant. The approved operating policy is to keep AI processing on local servers and not send website lead data to external AI providers. Any exception requires a new assessment of purpose, data categories, processor terms, location, transfer safeguards and public notice.
4. Prohibited AI uses
The approved first-phase policy prohibits biometric categorisation, emotion recognition, behavioural profiling, lead ranking, automated eligibility assessment and solely automated decisions that significantly affect a person. AI may not be used to decide employment, credit, contractual acceptance, pricing entitlement or access to a service without a separate formal governance, legal and technical review.
5. Human accountability and safety
A designated human owner remains responsible for public content, operational use, escalation and correction. Before a public AI feature is released, SL Enterprises EOOD should test security, access controls, prompt misuse, privacy, accessibility, content accuracy, bias and human escalation. A human contact route must remain visible.
6. Synthetic and AI-assisted content
Where material is substantially AI-generated or manipulated and the context requires disclosure, SL-Hub.com will identify the use in a clear and accessible way. Human-reviewed editorial content remains assigned to a responsible person or entity. AI assistance does not remove the need to verify facts, intellectual-property permissions, confidentiality and appropriate context.
7. Your questions and complaints
For a question about AI use, a concern about an AI-assisted output or a request connected to personal data, contact info@sl-hub.com. We will route the request to the responsible owner and handle any personal-data request under the Privacy Policy and Data Requests & Complaints Procedure.
